Breakfast: Fitz’s Pub, Hotel Doolin
Hot and Cold Breakfast every morning with locally-sourced foods.
Lunch: Local
This year we’re lunching in a variety of places to enjoy the lively and varied pub scene…..
On each of 3 writing workshop days, we’ll visit a different local pub: Fitz’s, McGann’s, and McDermott’s, all places we enjoyed last year for their friendly, homemade foods. Pubs are not (just) bars—-all ages can be found there enjoying the music, food, and drink.
On the field trips, we’ll do something different each time: take a picnic from Hotel Doolin to the Cliffs of Moher; eat at a friendly local restaurant on the island of Inis Mór, and eat out at a surprise restaurant on our trip to the Burren.
McDermott’s: A taste of Ireland
Evenings on your own——
Why not 3 meals per day? We want you to be able to explore (plus you’ll probably be too full)! Check out these wonderful options for dinner…. (pictured are just a sampling of the lively music, pub, and food scene)
