Montréal by the Glass
Montréal by the Glass will support the lively cocktail culture of Vieux Montréal. A portable book featuring cocktails made with Quebec-sourced alcohol available in Vieux Montréal, it is meant to be carried by tourists and locals out for a night on the town and referred to at home for recipes. It includes 2 or 4 pages per restaurant/bar, a map of participating establishments, a table to keep track of drinks tasted, and recipes to try at home.

NatureCulture®: Conservation and Cocktails
NatureCulture® is a boutique publishing house focusing on land conservation. So why cocktails? Farm-to-table is a familiar concept; the ingredients in drinks come from farms too. Local businesses brew, distill, and create everything from the alcohol, sparkling water, and other liquids to the jaunty sprig of herb that is a finishing touch in a designer cocktail. Bartenders and local restaurateurs create the culture that is the great city of Montréal. NatureCulture® supports Nature through land conservation, and we are branching out to support the Culture created by those who make community and high-quality products from the bounty of sustainable agricultural lands.
