Rural Ireland Creative Retreat

There is space in the Art Track to work with artist Martin Bridge. The Writing Retreat is Currently Full but we have a waiting list and expect, given the long timeline, some will drop out.

Poets, writers, artists, photographers and all people who love nature are welcome

Prioritize your creativity for 10 days this spring. Join other creatives in the seaside village of Doolin, County Clare, Ireland and take time to think and create inspired by this land with the option of publication of your work in an anthology. Retreat led by Ryan Dennis of The Milkhouse Rural Writers Collective; co-organized with NatureCulture/Writing the Land; Art portion featuring artist Martin Bridge.

Publication of your work in an anthology (with approval)
Participation in our reading/art show on our last night
ART TRACK: 5 art workshops with artist Martin Bridge, inclusion in: tour of area (described on Workshop Page as workshop #1); guided cliff walk; Doolin Cave field trip
WRITING TRACK: 4 Writing Workshops included with local Irish writers in various genres plus a resident editor available for consultation
Meet local writers; reading(s) over meal(s)
Photography Workshop option
2 meals/day included (except arrival/departure days, 1 meal each)
Lots of time to enjoy Nature—-all activities—-included and add-on—-are optional
